In case your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and fro shipping within India. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable on re-sizing requests received within 15 days of delivery date. Currently, this service is available for orders within India only. For international orders, you can take the ring to your local jewelry store for resizing. However, the cost of resizing the ring delivered outside India must be solely borne by the customer.

Most of our products are 'made to order'. It takes us 5 to 15 business days for deliveries within India and 7 to 21 business days for deliveries outside of India; to safely deliver finished jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address. For orders within India, delivery depends on the availability of the product/gemsstones selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. Your jewelry is shipped in durable packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your order is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services such as Bluedart for orders within India and Registered Mail/Speed Post for international orders. Once a package has been accepted, Gemsstar Jewelers does entertain returns or disputes claims in certain exceptional cases; else, the customer will need to take up the dispute (if any) with the courier and insurance companies.

For local orders, your jewelry will be shipped in exclusive gift boxes. For international orders, your jewelry will be shipped in pouches that hold your carefully packed jewelry within it. This is done to ease the shipping process and protect the jewelry from possible damage.
